The aid (1) has a microphone device (2) comprising a surface extended arrangement of acoustic sensors (6) formed in micro-electro-mechanical system-technology. A signal processing device (3) receives sensor signals from the acoustic sensors of the microphone device as input signals. The signal processing device processes the sensor signals depending on spatial arrangement of the acoustic sensors. The microphone device exhibits thickness of 3 mm. The microphone device is arranged on or at a housing and designed as a flexible foil.
