The device has an adapter pipe (12) positioning in an opening of a roof passage. Length (l) of the pipe corresponds to the height of the opening of the roof passage. A film collar (15) is connected and sealably connected closer to an end (16) of the pipe in a direction of a roof outer side (23) with the pipe. The film collar is connected with a roof under trajectory closer to lower side, and a gasket (14) is provided to an end of the pipe in a direction of the roof outer side, where the film collar is fastened to a ring (13) that surrounds the pipe. An independent claim is also included for a method for fastening a device for connecting vapor pipes and ventilation ducts to an under-roof.
