The method involves screening raw material i.e. unprocessed raw material, according to size. Segregated parts are cut by chipper/shaft shredders into different sizes such that the segregated parts are packaged in different grains. The segregated parts are obtained with small grain sizes using hammer mill, where the grain size is within a range of about of 0.1-30mm. A coconut material, harmless binder or dyes are added, and products are packed in containers for delivery after emptying compostable and disposable residual wastes.
