The toothbrush has a toothbrush head (1) comprising multiple bristle bundles (2) or single standing filaments comprising groups of shorter bristles (3) and longer bristles (4). Bristle ends of different heights are intersected such that three cleaning planes with different bristle densities are formed. The toothbrush head is made in a replaceable manner. The bristle bundles include same cross-sections or partially different cross-sections, and same geometries. Geometries of the filaments are same, where the filaments are made of same materials.
