The mechanism (2) has a motor (22) connected with a recirculating ball screw (21), and a slider (24) connected with a ball threaded nut. A cylinder (31) is arranged in the slider and connected with the ball screw. A retaining ring (32) slides on an inner surface of the cylinder, and a cover plug (4) is arranged in the cylinder. Another cover plug (5) slides on the inner surface of the cylinder on a side of the ring. The plugs, and the inner surface of the cylinder limit a cylinder chamber, and a pressure regulator (6) regulates the pressure in the cylinder.
