The device (1) has housing (2) provided with a central channel (10) that is formed along longitudinal axis of the housing. A cap bearing (9) is utilized for attaching the housing at a clutch. The housing and the cap bearing are radially and inwardly limited by sleeves (12, 14). The sleeves are inserted into the channel, and include radial flaps (12a, 14a) limiting the housing and the cap bearing along axial direction. One of the sleeves is connected with the other sleeve at an axial wall (12b) by a connecting device (13) having a screw connection, a snap ring and a bayonet fixing.
