The device has a brush (14) to apply a powdered cosmetic product contained in a container (10). A battery forming unit (25) is arranged outside a cavity (20) that receives a support (21). The support has a rotary motor (22) connected by an electric wire (24) to a push-button type switch (26) arranged on an end of the container to control transmission of electricity to the motor to start the motor. A mass forming block (23) of the support induces vibration, due to unbalanced distribution of mass, to assist a user to deliver the product from the container by an electrically actuated unit.
