The device has square bridge structures (1) formed in a grill (2) for affixing photovoltaic panels (3) covering a stage. Retaining body (4) strengthens the resistance of the grill and allows safe affixing of the photovoltaic panels on the surfaces of the grill. A square bridge carrier is connected to a motor (5). The motor is connected to the grill by a chain (6), and is adjustable independent from the grill to allow inclination of a grill assembly in idle state so as to follow the path of the sun and produce optimal energy output.
