The device (300) has a pulse generation unit (400) for generating pulse from a supply voltage (VBATT), and a control signal generation unit (600) including an input (61) for receiving the pulse. The control signal generation unit activates an electronic radio communication module (100) during the pulse having sufficient duration to allow the module to calibrate a sensor e.g. accelerometer, via a communication interface. The pulse generation unit includes an integration unit of supply voltage delivering an integrated signal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for managing operation of an electronic radio communication module by using a control signal generated by a control device (2) a system for managing operation of an electronic radio communication module by using a control signal generated by a control device.
