The device (1) has a plate (11) fixed to two rods fixed at a handlebar of a bicycle i.e. electric bicycle, where the plate is connected to another plate (12). Slides are fixed on a light material frame to vary a position of a portable electric tool (P). A rigid and light reversed bracket supports an angle drill, which includes a support resting on a bracket by a return spring. A trigger-gate of the portable electric tool assists with the propulsion while storing energy of a battery.
