The device has a rail (2) provided in a wallet (1), and a case (4) presenting a slide (5) in which the rail slides to fit the wallet in the case or to remove the wallet from the case. The case is utilized as a fixing support to the wallet. The case is provided with a thong (8) on a broad side surface connecting the case to a belt (9) and with two straps (7) fixed laterally at the case. The rail constitutes a part of the wallet. The case comprises edges (6) to stop and maintain the wallet. The rail is provided with a handle (3) to grab the wallet.
