The block (21) has rows (R'1-R'19) and columns (C'1-C'13) formed of hollow cells (22) arranged in staggered manner, where the block contains pumice stone whose density ranges between 500 kilogram per cubic meter and 700 kilogram per cubic meter. The cells are aligned in each row between tangents parallel to the row. A section (98) of each cell has an extension elongated in a direction perpendicular to a direction of heat loss to be avoided, where the section has oval/rhombus shape. The extension has length (23) ranging between 15 mm and 130 mm and width (129) ranging between 3 mm and 30 mm.
