The device has a winding system for winding of a fabric, and two guide ropes (6, 7) to guide movement of a draw bar (3). The ropes are co-operated with two double pulleys (4, 5). Each pulley has two disks (4a, 4b, 5a, 5b), where radius of one of the disks is equal to radius of other disk of other pulley. The disks of the pulleys have different radii. The disks with different radii are connected with each other by a regular lay rope or belt (8) to bring the draw bar to rotation in a plane of the guide ropes.
