摘要

The system has a sound source (E1) emitting a signal, and a receiver (R2) connected to the source. Pressure and temperature probes are connected to a logic controller. The controller calculates speed of an aircraft with respect to mass of air when the source is located in front of the aircraft and the receiver is located in rear of the aircraft. The speed of the aircraft is obtained without knowing the speed of the sound irrespective of the meteorology conditions e.g. ice, when measure modes are utilized.
