The system has an autonomous and submarine robot (14) with a global positioning system to obtain a geopositioned representation of interactive three-dimensional sites (22). Another submarine robot (16) has a video camera that captures two-dimensional real photo and video images of a site living surface. The images are mixed with the representation based on mixed and virtual reality techniques, in a CPU (28) to simulate submarine diving by providing a visual site perception compared to that of expert divers in reality if the divers dive at same moment in the sites, to users of Internet (10).
