The method involves detecting situation of flight at risk and triggering an alarm according to data signal (1) representing evolution height (5) to lower part of an aircraft. Transformation of the data signal represents evolution height according to vertical profile information of obstructions (6) to the lower part of the aircraft. The transformation of the data signal is carried out by filtering function defined by two filtering parameters such as gain parameter and cut-off frequency.
