The book has a grid of prefolds (8) identical to folding checkboard cases (5), and precut lines (6) adopting a path of fold lines. The prefolds permit folding of a mono sheet (1) to form a folded book. The history in the book is read by unfolding along a refolding shank. The folding of the book is made along the refolding shank at the recto or verso side of each folding checkboard case.
