The extension (1) has a bearing structure defining a habitable lower space (2) separated from a body of building (B) by a separation wall (M). The bearing structure has an upper space (3) located at a top of a part of the lower space. A glazed wall (12) of the bearing structure passes the solar ray in the upper space, where the solar ray is entered in the lower space and the body of building to improve the natural lighting level of the lower space and the body of building and enlarge the catchment level of solar heat.
