The tractor (1) has operating units for operating electric engines (23) and work tool driving units by batteries (24). Sensor units locate the location of the tractor with respect to a plantation line (L). A satellite positioning system and the sensor units determine localization of the tractor. A central calculation unit generates displacement of the tractor and the function of work tools according to the localization of the tractor and setpoints transmitted from a remote station. The remote station is provided with an image viewing unit and remote control units.
