The device has a rod (T) to which external coating of a female sole (SF) or intermediate sole is fixed in a permanent manner by coupling a male sole (SM) or weary outer sole. A female orifice (B) is varied in dimension, structure, shape and aspects, and provided on the female sole or intermediate sole carrying a male solid drill-rod. A female bracket (A) is varied in dimension, structure, shape and aspect, and carried by the female sole in a part of a surface of the female sole.
