The device has a case (1) including a cover (2) in which two spools (5) provided with springs (3) are introduced, where the spools contain fluorescent ribbons (6). The case is supported by a leg (7). The case has two orifices through which the fluorescent ribbons are extracted for unwinding and rewinding the fluorescent ribbons automatically using the springs. The fluorescent ribbons are provided with perforations at their ends so as to be fixed on the ground by a fastener digged in soil.
