The technique involves turning lower halves of a leading-edge flap and a trailing-edge flap around ends of the flaps to form an exterior closed surface of a wing following descent of a lower wing stage (2), so that switching of a flight mode and a vertical takeoff and landing mode does not wind smoothly. Front of an air intake of a jet engine is closed and returned to an admission state. A jet nozzle (13) is deflected downward and returned to horizontal direction.
