The liner has a collar (50) provided with blocking notches. The notches include a stop piece (60) provided with a blocking tooth that is projected out of the notches in a normal position of the stop piece. The tooth is pre-stressed to mesh in the notches in an actuated position of the stop piece. A control piece has a handling zone supported on a handling flank (62) of the stop piece. A handling zone plates the tooth against the collar, during rotation of the control piece such that the tooth is pre-stressed to engage with the notches.
