The device has an extension cord (P1) whose one end (E1) is connected to a spinal needle (A1) and another end (E2) is connected to a three-way valve (R1) of a tampon syringe (S1). The needle hits a radiopharmaceutical medication dispenser positioned in an ionizing radiation containment unit e.g. lead/tungsten cover. An end (E3) of another extension cord (P2) is connected to a safety connector (C1) and another end (E4) is connected to another valve. The connector is connected to another safety connector (C2) interconnected to a patient syringe (S2). The connectors are fixed on a cylinder (D1). The radiopharmaceutical medication is marked with simple photon radiators e.g. technetium-99 power m, and position radiators e.g. fluorine 18. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a semi-automatic system comprising a multi-way pump (2) a method for injecting radiopharmaceutical medication into syringe.
