The device has two flanges fixed on conduits (2, 3) opened on an arrival path (4) and a departure path (6), respectively. The flanges are pre-positioned and slidably mounted on a fixed plate (9) to authorize adjustment of spacing between arrival and departure paths in horizontal direction. A support is fixed on the plate. Two attachments are lifted from the plate vertically. The attachments support a fluid controlling apparatus (5) at its free ends with respect to arrival and departure paths before locking. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an installation comprising an enclosure (2) a method for connecting a fluid control apparatus.
