The arrangement has a composite blade (4) provided with a composite foot (5), and a support (3) including a groove (25) in which the foot is engaged and fixed. Three bores (17) of side walls are aligned with two transversal end bores and a transversal central bore of the foot for forming three groups of aligned bores. The groups of the bores are occupied by bolts (18), where a large clearance is formed between one of the bolts and one of the bores. The bores of the foot are wrapped with metal rings.
