The device has a venturi effect diffuser (2) for improving and optimizing performance of inserts in which the vapors enters from bottom to top, where the diffuser comprises a truncated section. A cover (7) is covered with instrumentation and vent spur to offer features installed on remote gussets (4, 5) restrained by desired recovery of an outlet of the diffuser and direct the vapor at the periphery so as to pass the vapor from top to bottom through a circular crown-shaped horizontal grid (6) and laterally re-release the vapor.
