The installation has a set of boxes (1) delimited by a top face (2), a bottom face (3), two side faces (4), a rear face (6) and a front face (5). The bottom face of a lower part is movable in direction of bringing and spacing of a transfer path (7) for passage of the bottom face from a near position closer to the path in a laying configuration to an elongated position far away from the path in a collecting configuration in which space is partially released and located above the path that occupies in the laying configuration.
