PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reflect the condition of sunshine at the time of recognizing an image to develop, for recognizing the image, feature information including information indicating the effect of sunshine when recognizing the image.;SOLUTION: For each of features, feature shade information being information indicating a relationship between a feature and a shade is calculated; contrast information indicating the contrast between a sunny place and a shade is acquired; sunshine cause information including the feature shade information and the contrast information and an image recognition result of an image recognition part performing image recognition of a feature included in a photographed image are associated with each other to be stored in a learning-database; and for each of the features, sunshine characteristic information indicating a degree of influence of sunshine to image recognition is generated on the basis of the information stored in the learning-database to store the generated information as information constituting feature information on each of the features.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
