PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervision management device etc., capable of promptly suspending communication of a radio device other than a specific radio device with a remarkably easy operation.SOLUTION: A supervision management device 4 for supervising and managing a communication system to which a plurality of radio devices are connected includes: a storage unit 14 for storing connection information indicative of radio device connection states connected to the communication system; a display unit 12 for displaying each of the radio devices connected to the communication system based on the connection information stored in the storage unit 14; an input unit 11 to which a command to the radio device displayed on the display unit 12 is input; and a control unit 15 for controlling to temporarily suspend communication of a radio device other than the radio device conforming to a preset condition, by referring to the connection information stored in the storage unit 14, when a collective suspension command indicating collective suspension of the radio device communication is input to the input unit 11.
