PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to provide learning data or a translation dictionary in the case of automatically extracting a correct term translation in a conventional manner.SOLUTION: This term translation extraction device includes: a translation phrase acquisition part for acquiring one or more translation phrases which match one or more part of speech information patterns from a translation database; a term translation candidate acquisition part for acquiring one or more term translation candidates as the candidates of the set of a term in first language and a term in second language corresponding to the term from one or more translation phases acquired by the translation phrase acquisition part; a score calculation part for calculating scores for each of two or more term translation candidates by two or more different methods, and for acquiring two or more scores; and a term translation storage part for selecting and storing a part of the two or more term translation candidates by using the two or more scores. Thus, it is not necessary to provide any learning data or translation dictionary in the case of automatically extracting a correct term translation.
