PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device that can cover a broad detection area of even surpassing 180° in spite of being formed over a single board, a lader apparatus utilizing the antenna device and a vehicle-mounted lader system.SOLUTION: In an antenna device, a planar radiation antenna part 3 whose main direction of radiation is the facial direction of an antenna board 6 and a horizontal radiation antenna part 4 whose main direction of radiation is the end direction of the antenna board 6 are formed in different pattern formation layers of the antenna board 6; in this way, the directionality of the horizontal radiation antenna part 4 can be shifted closer to a component mounting face 6b than when the two antenna parts 3 and 4 are formed in the same pattern formation layer, with the result that the detection area that can be covered by the single antenna board 6 can be broadened in angle (to, for instance, 180° or more).
