PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cognitive load evaluation device, a cognitive load evaluation method and a program, for evaluating a cognitive load of a user on the basis of auditory information that can be perceived by the user without acquiring data directly from the user.;SOLUTION: The cognitive load evaluation device 10 for evaluating the cognitive load of the user who operates a human machine interface includes: an information analyzing section 100 for analyzing screen information including an image of a screen displaying the human machine interface and operation information for executing a task by using the screen, and extracting an auditory object related to the task; and an auditory load evaluation section 300 for calculating a load applied by each element to the user for each element included in the auditory object, and obtaining the auditory load of the user with respect to the auditory object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
