PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue journals only for customers who need printed journals showing shopping history and satisfy specific conditions.;SOLUTION: A journal issuance system includes purchase information storage means for storing purchase date accumulated through shopping by a customer, journal issuance request means for the customer to request an issuance of a journal showing a purchase history, purchase history retrieval means for retrieving the purchase history of the customer stored by the purchase information storage means when receiving a request for an issuance by the journal issuance request means, purchase quantity determination means for determining whether the quantity of the purchase by the customer retrieved by the purchase history retrieval means has reached a specific value, and purchase output means for printing out the purchase history of the customer when the purchase quantity determination means determines that the quantity of the purchase by the customer has reached or exceeded the specific value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
