PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing device, such as a solar cell device, having a fresnel lens with a cover glass which is made up entirely of glass.SOLUTION: A light condensing device includes: a cover glass; a glass fresnel lens which has uneven surfaces on a first surface and a rear surface and directly contacts with one surface of the cover glass at the first surface to be integrated therewith; and a light receiving element facing the fresnel lens and disposed so as to be spaced away from the fresnel lens. The above problem is solved by including these components.
