PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital watermark embedding device which embeds watermark information in moving image data so as not to degrade the quality of the moving image data regardless of the video thereof.;SOLUTION: The digital watermark embedding device has an interface (11) where moving image data and digital watermark information are acquired, and a processing unit (13) where the digital watermark information is embedded in the moving image data. The processing unit (13) changes the area of a watermark pattern including multiple pixels having a predetermined value and superimposed on each image in the moving image data periodically in time series according to a value of a symbol included in the digital watermark information, and corrects a value of each pixel included in an area where each image in the moving image data and a watermark pattern corresponding to the image overlap according to the predetermined value which the pixels included in the watermark pattern have.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
