METHOD FOR REPAIRING PEELED SECTION ON THICKNESS-INCREASED FLOOR SLAB AND REPAIRING CRACK ON FLOOR SLAB CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, in a road or a bridge where a thickness-increased slab and asphalt are paved on an existing slab, making sure that a peeling or a narrow crack on a road is cleaned and reliably and durably repairing the peeling or the crack by resin adhesive injection.;SOLUTION: The present invention comprises the processes: to drill a plurality of injection holes based on a prescribed pattern to a depth at least reaching a peeled part or a cracked part from an upper surface or a lower surface of a road or a bridge; to drill a plurality of cleaning holes near the injection holes at least in a region of the peeled part; to clean the peeled part and the injection holes by alternately supplying air and pressurized cleaning water into the cleaning holes; to execute a pilot injection of water into the injection holes after cleaning; to inject a resin adhesive by making sure that, after the pilot injection, the resin adhesive injected into one of the injection holes next to each other in the peeled part is discharged from another injection hole; and to inject the resin adhesive into all the injection holes out of the peeled part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
