PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow slips to be managed without making an applicant for national tax related documents (receipts and bills for less than 30,000 yen) conscious of an electronic form storage method in a travel expense/cost settlement system.;SOLUTION: With respect to settlement slips of the travel expense/cost settlement system, a user having a right of attachment attaches the national tax related documents, checks errors according to the electronic form storage method, automatically adds electronic signature and time stamp at a predetermined time, and then necessary items (date of transaction, a transaction partner, and a price of transaction partner) satisfying factors of the electronic form storage method inputted in a settlement input picture become available in a search picture. At the same time, editing and deletion are disabled. However, after a period regulated by the tax law has passed since the date and time of storage, deletion becomes capable. When there is an error in the error check (when the time stamp is not added), a cause for the error is appropriately dealt with and the national tax related documents are attached, so that electronic signature and time stamp addition is available.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
