PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack case assembly for electric vehicle in which peripheral components are molded integrally with the lower case by utilizing a plastic composite material capable of enhancing the rigidity of components and ensuring impact resistance characteristics, and the weight and cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: In the battery pack case assembly consisting of an upper cover and a lower cover attached to the lower part of the vehicle body and a battery pack housed in the lower case, the lower case is formed in two-layer structure having a closed cross-sectional area for absorbing collision energy where an upper plate and a lower plate composed of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material are bonded, and thereby the rigidity is enhanced. The closed cross-sectional area consists of a structure having an internal space surrounded by the protrusions of the upper plate and the lower plate.
