PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate blood adaptability or the like under a situation similar to blood in a human body by using the whole blood.;SOLUTION: An experiment system includes: a sample container 11 for storing a sample S in such a state that the sample S is immersed in blood to which glucose is added; a retainer 12 for rotatably retaining the sample container 11; an incubator 14 for maintaining temperature around the sample container 11 at about a body temperature; and a gas supply device 15 for supplying gas containing oxygen and carbon dioxide to the circumference of the sample container 11. The sample container 11 includes a container body 17 for sealing the blood and the sample S in an outside air non-contact state, and the container body 17 includes a gas exchange part 25 capable of transmitting oxygen and carbon dioxide between the inside and outside of the container body 17. By adjusting the concentrations, pressures and flow rates of oxygen and carbon dioxide from the gas supply device 15, pH of blood in the sample container 11 can be maintained within a normal range of a human body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
