PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional solar cell installation method in which it is difficult to use a large size panel and deal with various purposes because many buildings have large windows that occupy nearly half of wall surface areas in recent years.;SOLUTION: In this invention, a recessed part is formed above a folding window frame. A transparent or semi-transparent solar cell panel is fitted into the recessed part, and a cable is housed in the window frame. Then, the window is attached to a building as a solar cell integrated window. Further, the solar cell panel is fitted into the folding window frame and the frame is attached to a cover of a purification plant. Furthermore, an operation part, which controls the opening and closing by motor, is attached to house the solar cell panel and open the cover without using human power.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
