PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling blast furnace operation status, capable of quantitatively evaluating stability of the operation status of a blast furnace.;SOLUTION: The system for controlling blast furnace operation status controls the operation status of the blast furnace that is a dynamic system comprising a plurality of subsystems based on a plurality of chemical reactions. The system includes: a sensor installed in the blast furnace and a control means for controlling the blast furnace; a blast furnace operation feature value-calculating unit for calculating blast furnace-operating information, i.e., data concerning the operation status of the blast furnace, and blast furnace operation feature values; and an operation controller which, based on the blast furnace-operating information and the blast furnace operation feature values, acquires operation stability-evaluating information serving as quantitative index for evaluating the stability of the operation status of the blast furnace and, based on the operation status of the blast furnace determined from the operation stability-evaluating information, determines the degree of operation of a control means for stabilizing the operation of the blast furnace. Based on the stability evaluation of the dynamic system of the blast furnace, the operation status of the blast furnace is controlled by mutual coordination among the sensor and the control means, the blast furnace operation feature value-calculating unit and the operation controller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
