PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade root forming piece for a wind turbine blade, reducing plate thickness and weight of a blade root part without perforating the blade root part or lowering the fixing strength of the blade root part and a hub, a blade root structure of the wind turbine blade using the blade root forming piece, the wind turbine blade, a wind turbine, and a method for producing the wind turbine blade.SOLUTION: A blade root forming piece 10 includes: embedded metal 12 provided with a nut 12A having a hole with a threaded female screw 13 and a protrusion 12B that protrudes in the circumferential direction of a blade root from the nut 12A; a core material 14 provided adjacent to the protrusion 12B on the blade apex side of a wind turbine blade; and an FRP-wound layer 16 formed by winding and laminating a unidirectional fiber prepreg around the protrusion 12B and the core material 14, and by hardening the unidirectional fiber prepreg.
