PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive network construction practice device for allowing a learning person to experience the operation of an actual machine by connecting a communication apparatus of the actual machine to a virtual network.;SOLUTION: A CPU 2 performs on a RAM 4, the respective functions of a virtual device 41, a virtual network interface 42, and a virtual bridge interface 43, and connects the virtual device 41 to the virtual network interface 42. Besides, the CPU 2 connects the virtual network interface 42 and an NIC 8 to the virtual bridge interface 43, and then, connects a virtual network segment including the virtual network interface 42 to a physical network segment including the NIC 8.
