PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more suitable scene search for a program content user.;SOLUTION: A degree of importance of a predetermined weight is given to a user who has referred to remark data included in a popular remark data group and a boom creating remark data group to generate a degree of user importance. An appearing feature amount of a keyword that appears in past remark recorded information and present remark recorded information is calculated to obtain a degree of keyword importance.
