PHRASE EXPLANATION DEVICE, PHRASE EXPLANATION METHOD, TRANSLATION CONTROL DEVICE AND TRANSLATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phrase explanation device, a phrase explanation method, a translation control device and a translation control method which provide the explanation of only necessary phrases based on priority of phrases.SOLUTION: The phrase explanation device includes: a communication unit 24 to communicate with an external device via a network; obtaining means 21 and 24 to obtain text data from outside; and a control unit 21 to access a website 14 on an internet using the communication unit, obtain an access frequency information of multiple phrases (Figure 7) on a website, extract phrases from the text data obtained by the obtaining means based on the access frequency information, and obtain an explanation sentences regarding the extracted phrases (Figure 8) from the website or other websites on the internet.
