PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate torque with high estimating accuracy by considering the flow amount of refrigerant flowing in an evaporator of a refrigerating cycle, without the need for attaching another new sensor other than existing sensors normally installed in a vehicular air-conditioner.;SOLUTION: A variable capacity compressor is provided in the refrigerating cycle of the vehicular air-conditioner. It uses an external control pulse signal for controlling the discharge capacity of the refrigerant and approximately specifying compressor suction side pressure from the control pulse signal and compressor discharge side pressure.
