This invention regards the method and the device in order to decide the information of position of the rotor axis of the electrical machinery on the basis of the input signal where the electrical machinery one is recorded at least. Information of position of the rotor axis is decided by the model here, the input signal which is recorded is supplied by the model of the electrical machinery, on the basis of the input signal which is supplied, the model simulates the non-linear saturation effect of the electrical machinery. The model of the electrical machinery is the Kalman filter which is expanded, here non-linear saturation action of the electrical machinery it is described by the polynomial.
