PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business management system, a business management method and a business management program, having a high flexibility for setting functions to conduct working responses in response to various working requests.;SOLUTION: A reference file identifier is transferred to a reference file calling-out means 212, when an application is executed in a business management support means 211 of a control part 21 in a library information management server 20. The reference file calling means 212 calls a parameter reference file imparted with the reference file identifier, from a parameter reference file storage part 22b, and transfers the reference file identifier to a parameter calling means 213.
