PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler fuel control device, a fuel control method, a control program and a recording medium for recording the program, capable of automatically controlling the fuel of the boiler to a proper amount by calculating a fuel flow rate or heat quantity of the boiler to be controlled in moving to yard individual operation in a short time.;SOLUTION: This boiler fuel control device includes a first storing means 13 storing a value of a generator output simultaneously with reception of a signal moving to the yard individual operation, a signal generating means 42 receiving the signal moving to the yard individual operation, and outputting a signal after the lapse of predetermined very short time from the signal, a second storing means 13 for storing a value of the generator output simultaneously with the reception of a signal 43 from the signal generating means 42, an restriction output calculating means 21 for calculating the restriction amount of the generator output by subtracting the value of the generator output stored in the second storing means 13 from the value of the generator output stored in the first storing means 14, and a restriction fuel calculating means 33 for calculating the fuel flow rate or heat quantity of the restricted boiler by multiplying the restriction amount of the generator output by a prescribed conversion factor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
